happy places | newport beach

Roger’s Gardens in Newport Beach, California, has always been one of my favorite places, my happy place really. Visiting Roger’s never failed to lighten my mood and brighten my day. Even if I just had a few minutes to stroll through the flower beds and green houses before a meeting or on my way home. It was my sure fire cure for a case of the blues. And in the California winter the gardens were just as gorgeous as in summer. Being inside on these colder winter days lately has me reminiscing about my last trip to Roger’s when the colors, patterns and textures just begged to be photographed!
